Description

You will lead a team of engineers building a new client management product from the ground up. The role emphasizes partnering cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, and Data Science to shape the roadmap, establish technical foundations, and deliver a superlative user experience.

Responsibilities

• Hire and support a talented team of engineers to build a new product from scratch

• Partner with Product Management, Design, and Data Science to define roadmap priorities and deliver intuitive product capabilities

• Guide architectural and technical decisions to ensure reliability, performance, and long-term scalability

• Drive operational excellence and continuous delivery to enable fast iteration and continuous shipping

• Champion accountability for key outcomes by linking the team’s work to broader strategic goals

Requirements

• Experience guiding and developing software engineering teams building scalable web applications; ideally experience leading 0-1 product development

• Solid software engineering fundamentals and modern architecture understanding

• Proven collaboration with product managers and designers to balance technical health with user velocity

• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with willingness to learn and apply them

• Clear communication and empathetic leadership in a collaborative environment

Compensation note

Estimated base salary range is 34,000–39,000 PLN gross per month, subject to taxes/deductions and interview-based, objective assessment. Base salary may be modified.
