Description

You will analyze business, legal, and regulatory requirements for the development and maintenance of digital products and services, translating them into system requirements and technical specifications. You will model AS-IS and TO-BE processes, design target system solutions (including integrations and REST API interfaces), and define functional and non-functional requirements. You will create and maintain analytical, process, system, HLD/LLD, and operational documentation while collaborating with Product Owners, developers, testers, and UX throughout delivery and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business, legal, and normative requirements for digital products and services

• Examine existing IT solutions (AS-IS): business processes, system architecture, and system-to-system integrations

• Design target solutions (TO-BE): business process modeling, system solution design, change scope, and integrations (REST API interfaces)

• Define functional and non-functional requirements and prepare technical specs for delivery teams

• Develop and update analytical, process, and system documentation (including HLD and LLD) and operational documentation

• Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, developers, testers, and UX across all project phases

• Support developers and testers during implementation, testing, deployment, and further evolution

• Assess the impact of legislative/regulatory changes on digital products and convert them into system requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of IT analysis experience, including system analysis

• Minimum 3 years of project experience building web or mobile solutions for a broad user base, especially citizens

• Minimum 3 years of system analyst experience on projects integrating systems via REST API

• Practical ability to design REST API interfaces and prepare specifications with OpenAPI/Swagger

• Very good knowledge of UML for modeling IT systems and integrations (class, sequence, state, use case, component, deployment diagrams)

• Knowledge of BPMN for modeling business processes, including data flows

• Experience preparing analytical and system documentation at HLD and LLD level

• Practical knowledge of Enterprise Architect, Jira, and Confluence

• Ability to analyze legal acts related to digitization and cybersecurity and assess their impact on IT requirements and designed solutions

• Ability to translate business needs into unambiguous system requirements and to collaborate effectively with development and UX teams

• Highly developed analytical skills, independence, and ability to communicate precisely with business and technical stakeholders
