Description

You will analyze functional and non-functional requirements, convert business needs into technical requirements, and ensure that delivered IT solutions comply with those requirements. You’ll review system designs and architectures, propose improvements, and work extensively with documentation in collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze functional and non-functional requirements and create requirement specifications

• Translate business requirements into technical requirements while working with business teams

• Apply standards and best practices for IT system architecture (applications, application integration)

• Ensure IT solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements

• Review designed solutions and propose enhancements

• Work with documentation: produce documentation and analyze existing documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the development lifecycle in a role such as Analyst/Designer/Programmer

• Experience in leading analytical tasks and creating/maintaining IT system architecture

• Practical knowledge of UML or BPMN; familiarity with Enterprise Architect

• Ability to write functional and system documentation

• Good English proficiency

• Teamwork and communication skills

• Goal-oriented mindset, initiative, independence, and proactivity

• Ability to learn quickly
