Description

Work with Product, Process, Operations, and Delivery to shape and break down evolving requirements for digital products in agile teams. Map current and future business processes to system impacts, create wireframes/prototypes, and contribute to solution architecture by modeling system behavior, defining API contracts, and non-functional requirements. Use agentic AI throughout discovery to produce accurate, concise, fit-for-purpose analysis outputs and support backlog, estimates, and UAT feedback.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product to shape requirements and break them into features, stories, and deliverables
• Map business processes (current and future) and their impact on systems
• Ensure solutions meet needs of operators/users by coordinating Process, Product, and Operations
• Create wireframes and prototypes; validate user journeys and proposed solutions with users and teams
• Model system behavior and draft API contracts; define non-functional requirements
• Apply agentic AI across the analysis cycle and own each output
• Keep the team backlog at an appropriate size; support roadmap shaping with Delivery leadership
• Gather estimates with Delivery and SMEs and support stage-by-stage estimate readiness
• Identify scope creep early and propose options to keep releases small
• Coordinate stories, scope, and dependencies with analysts, team leaders, and architects
• Work with external vendors/partner teams on requirements, dependencies, and timelines
• Support UAT and convert post-release feedback into backlog actions
• Maintain documentation and the decision log; communicate changes to stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven business analysis experience on digital products in agile teams (new builds and enhancements to live systems)
• Strong business process mapping and systems analysis, including integrations and APIs
• Ability to progress analysis when requirements are evolving; record assumptions and decisions clearly
• Ability to use data, user feedback, and support insight to understand underlying problems
• Ability to facilitate workshops and resolve conflicting requirements; align stakeholders on priorities and trade-offs
• Clear, concise written English; strong business and technical diagramming skills
• Experience working with external vendors and offshore/nearshore or third-party suppliers
• Daily use of agentic AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode) to build/automate/analyze real work with repeatable workflows and quality checks; understand model strengths, limits, and costs
• Genuine curiosity about new technology and how it can help development team ways of working
