Description

You will source IT candidates (active and passive), conduct full E2E recruitment, and maintain relationships with consultants throughout the project. The role also includes improving recruiting tools and supporting employer branding activities.

Responsibilities

• Source IT candidates (active and passive)

• Run the full end-to-end recruitment process (Poland and international markets)

• Build and maintain relationships with consultants during projects

• Improve recruiting tools (ideas welcome)

• Participate in employer branding activities (e.g., posts, attending job fairs)

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment

• Polish communication proficiency (C1/C2) and English communication proficiency (B2+)

• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and ability to lead end-to-end recruitment independently

• Ability to work with ATS tools and Microsoft Office (including Excel)

• Own network of contacts in the IT industry (preferred)

• Organized and able to work in a team, as well as independently when needed
