Description

You will be the central point of contact for IT questions and technical problems. You will record requests, independently find solutions, and keep open topics tracked until they are clarified. You will administer users, access, permissions, and support IT systems and end devices while documenting work to ensure smooth, reliable operations.

Responsibilities

• Support employees with IT questions and technical problems; capture requests and resolve independently
• Manage user accounts, access, and permissions
• Administer and maintain IT systems and end devices; document work
• With the system house: monitor and maintain network and IT infrastructure and support further development
• For complex cases: involve the external system house, coordinate handling, and remain the main contact
• Contribute to ongoing IT development and support introduction of new solutions with business units and the system house

Requirements

• Completed IT training or degree or comparable qualification
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
• Technical understanding and enjoyment in solving IT problems
• Structured, independent, solution-oriented working style
