Description

You will provide remote IT administration for branch locations in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, covering servers, workstations, POS/petty cash systems, and relevant hardware/software.

You will analyze and resolve incidents in Windows, networks, virtualization, and specialized equipment/software—either fixing remotely (e.g., via RDP) or escalating appropriately.

You will own tickets in Jira with clear customer communication and support on-call coverage for critical incidents affecting branch operations.
