Description

You will be the first point of contact for stores when the cash register (POS), printer, scanner, or network connection has issues. You’ll also support colleagues locally with installing, updating, and configuring Windows 11 workstations and managing accounts in Google Workspace. More complex problems will be recorded and escalated to the 2nd-level support team in Austria.

Responsibilities

• Remote IT support for retail stores: POS, peripherals, network, and user accounts

• Handle requests and incidents, document them, and pass complex cases to 2nd level

• Support users of the internal ERP/POS system

• On-site support for colleagues: install, update, and set up Windows 11 stations; manage Google Workspace accounts; handle local equipment

• Identify ways to simplify work for stores and colleagues using technology

Requirements

• Good overall IT orientation, particularly Windows and Google Workspace

• Communicative English (verbal and written)

• German is a major advantage

• Patience and a friendly approach (supporting store staff in a customer-facing environment)

• Independence, responsibility, and willingness to figure things out

• Willingness to learn the company’s ERP/POS system (training provided)

• Prior IT support/helpdesk experience is welcome, but not required (suitable for graduates)
