Description

You’ll help improve the outbound motion by identifying the right target companies and deciding when and how to contact them. You’ll run and optimize email and LinkedIn campaigns, track performance from first outreach to meetings and new opportunities, and keep CRM data organized. AI and automation will support research, personalization, and campaign preparation, with continuous experimentation to make outbound smarter and more scalable.

Responsibilities

• Identify companies and people for whom the product could be relevant, and determine why/when outreach makes sense

• Plan and execute outbound campaigns via email and LinkedIn, testing different outreach and personalization approaches

• Work with HubSpot and other GTM tools; maintain CRM hygiene and data consistency

• Track campaign results end-to-end (outreach → replies → meetings → new business opportunities)

• Use AI for research, data work, personalization, and campaign creation

• Automate parts of the process that don’t need to be manual, and test new GTM tools and workflows

Requirements

• Very good English proficiency (written and spoken)

• Analytical thinking and comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and basic metrics

• Ability to learn new tools quickly; strong interest in AI and a desire to simplify or automate

• Independent and proactive mindset; investigate first and find solutions when you don’t know something

• Interest in B2B SaaS, sales, and technology; willingness to learn modern outbound
