Description

Build and deploy AI-powered tools, agents, and workflow automations that help go-to-market teams operate more effectively. Develop internal integrations and web applications to support prospecting, account research, lead enrichment, campaign execution, and customer intelligence. Own projects end to end—from discovery and prototyping through production deployment—and measure adoption, efficiency, and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-powered tools, agents, and workflow automations for go-to-market functions

• Develop internal applications and integrations for prospecting, account research, lead enrichment, campaign execution, and customer intelligence

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand workflows, identify bottlenecks, and prioritize engineering opportunities

• Build and maintain integrations with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and other business systems

• Develop and maintain web-based applications and website infrastructure supporting Marketing and Growth initiatives

• Use LLM APIs, AI coding assistants, and agent-based development workflows to accelerate engineering productivity

• Ensure solutions are maintainable, reliable, secure, and production-ready

• Measure tool adoption, operational efficiency, and business outcomes; iterate based on stakeholder feedback

Requirements

• Strong professional software engineering experience, ideally including full-stack development, internal tools, automation, or growth engineering

• Hands-on JavaScript or TypeScript experience and modern web frameworks such as React or Next.js

• Strong experience with APIs, system integrations, and data-driven applications

• Practical experience building AI-powered applications, agents, or automations using LLM APIs

• Experience taking applications from prototype to production, including testing, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting

• Ability to translate business problems into working technical solutions independently

• Strong ownership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Strong English communication skills to work with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
