Description

As a Junior Software AI Engineer, you will help build AI agents, LLM-based solutions, and automations for real client projects under the guidance of experienced engineers. You’ll develop custom tools and integrations (primarily in Python), experiment with new AI technologies and approaches, and support testing and evaluation of AI agent outputs.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and build of AI agents and agentic workflows
• Develop custom tools, integrations, and automations for LLM-based solutions (primarily in Python)
• Experiment with new AI frameworks and approaches and share findings
• Test and evaluate the quality of AI agents and their outputs
• Write clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews
• Learn modern engineering practices (Git workflows, CI/CD, cloud environments)
• Work closely with senior engineers and grow through mentoring and hands-on projects

Requirements

• Degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Python knowledge (preferred) or Java or SQL
• Strong interest in AI, especially AI agents, agentic AI, and LLMs
• At least one personal, academic, or open-source project related to AI agents/agentic AI/LLMs included on your CV
• Basic understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms
• Eagerness to learn and proactive problem-solving
• Good English communication skills for collaboration in international teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI) or agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel)
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, tool calling, or RAG
• Experience with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot)
• Familiarity with Git and basic cloud concepts (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Public GitHub profile showcasing projects
