Description

You will build AI-driven business solutions by combining LLMs, AI agents, low-code tools, and APIs to deliver production-ready outcomes. Responsibilities include CRM/Call Center workflows, marketing automation, KPI dashboards, billing and integrations, and AI chat/voice agents. The role focuses on fast iteration from discovery to deploy, using data to guide improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design and build CRM and Call Center applications (lead handling, tasks, workflows, phone system integrations)

• Create marketing automation systems (segmentation, campaigns, sequences, lead scoring, triggered actions)

• Build real-time / near real-time KPI dashboards for sales, operations, marketing, and customer support

• Design and implement billing systems and integrate with banks, mobile operators, and ERP

• Create and evolve AI chat and voice agents for customers and internal teams

• Build MVPs in high-speed mode—from the first sketch to a production-ready version

• Design AI workflows (vibecoding tools, RAG, embeddings, agents, orchestration) for key processes

• Streamline operational processes and build internal tools for business teams

Requirements

• Practical experience implementing solutions with LLMs via APIs

• Hands-on experience with RAG and vector search

• Experience orchestrating AI agents and/or AI workflows

• Ability to deploy and monitor solutions in production

• Strong understanding of business processes (e.g., marketing, sales, CRM, billing)

• Independent work style from discovery through rollout

• Comfort shipping iteratively with “good enough” and experimenting under uncertainty

• Experience building end-to-end prototypes—from sketch to working production version
