Description

You will provide technical support and consulting for the PERM 3 payroll and HR system, including diagnosing and resolving system operation issues for customers. The role also includes database setup and migration, installations of Perm3 and the PermWeb web extension (including IIS website and service registration), implementation of attendance imports and data import/export jobs, plus testing and documentation updates. You will collaborate with the development team on system updates and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and user consulting for PERM 3

• Diagnose and resolve customer system operation issues

• Set up and migrate databases (Firebird, MSSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL)

• Install Perm3 application

• Install and configure PermWeb web extension (IIS website, service registration)

• Implement and service attendance imports into Perm3

• Implement and service import/export batches

• Work with the development team on updates and system enhancements

• Prepare and update technical documentation and user guides

• Test the application
