Description

You will lead delivery for AI, integration, and engineering projects, structuring work from discovery through POC to production and agreeing on success criteria with clients. You will manage risks early, handle scope changes with formal Change Requests, and translate technical details into client decisions across IT, security, procurement, and business stakeholders. You’ll use AI tooling for reporting, documentation, and risk tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own timelines, budgets, scope, and stakeholders for a portfolio of AI, integration, and engineering projects from kickoff to go-live
• Structure AI projects into phases (discovery → POC → production) and define success criteria
• Work with enterprise stakeholders in German and English (IT, information security, procurement, business sponsorship)
• Identify data and integration risks early to improve estimates
• Manage scope changes via Change Requests rather than unbilled work
• Collaborate with engineers across Böblingen and Lisbon, translating technical details for client decision-making
• Use AI tooling for reporting, documentation, and risk tracking

Requirements

• Several years of client-facing project management experience on technical projects such as integrations, data migrations, custom software, or AI solutions
• Experience owning budgets and scope
• Technical understanding to follow discussions about APIs, interfaces, data models, and AI systems and explain trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working with enterprise clients and their IT, security, and procurement processes
• Business-level German and fluent English
