Description

Manage technical projects for foreign customers—especially on the German market—ensuring deadlines, budget, scope, and required quality are met. Coordinate implementation across HW, SW, electronic systems, IT, and related infrastructure, while maintaining active communication with customers and partners and providing regular reporting on progress, costs, and risks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of customer projects in public transport (HW, SW, electronic systems, IT, infrastructure)
• Communicate with international customers and partners (German-speaking environment) and coordinate with internal teams
• Prepare project outputs and supporting materials (technical documentation, external work, assemblies/installation)
• Create and monitor project schedules; coordinate realization activities
• Provide regular reporting on timelines, costs, and risks
• Manage project budget and ensure efficient use of funds
• Control quality of delivered work (including work done by external partners)
• Identify risks and issues early and actively work on solutions

Requirements

• Technical secondary or university education (ideally electrical engineering, IT, telecommunications, or related)
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience leading and successfully delivering technical or technology projects
• Technical understanding and ability to work with technical documentation and basic HW/SW/electronics/IT relationships
• Ability to create and manage project schedules and coordinate internal and external teams
• Experience managing project budgets and costs
• Very good communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Independence, precision, reliability, and proactive approach to solving problems
• Ability to communicate with both customers and technical specialists
• Driver’s license category B
• Very good German (written and spoken) — required
• Excellent Czech or Slovak language proficiency — required
• English knowledge — advantage
