Description

You will lead and coordinate projects on manufacturing lines, focusing on the implementation of HW and SW automation and the optimization of server assembly processes. You will connect automation developers, BI/data analysts, industrial engineers, maintenance, and the production floor, while managing schedules, capacity, and project budgets and proactively addressing risks with practical technical solutions. You will also test, tune, and hand over new systems on the shop floor to operators and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects on production lines related to HW and SW automation and assembly process optimization

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (automation, BI/data analytics, industrial engineering, maintenance, production)

• Track milestones, manage capacity and budget; identify and resolve risks early

• Work on the shop floor for testing, tuning, and handing over newly implemented systems

Requirements

• Technical education or practical experience in a technical field (automation, industrial/process engineering, electrical engineering, or IT)

• Experience coordinating tasks, leading smaller projects, or actively participating in project teams

• English for everyday communication with international colleagues and technology suppliers

• Proactive approach and focus on improving processes

• Advantage (not required): experience in manufacturing/automotive/high-tech environment

• Advantage (not required): knowledge of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Asana)
