Description

You will act as an internal IT consultant for the introduction and rollout of the PLM system Siemens Teamcenter, supporting the digitalization of PLM processes in a pharmaceutical environment. You advise business departments across the entire system lifecycle (introduction, change management, operations and support) and take responsibility for technical operations including change and incident management. You will analyze business requirements and core processes, translate them into functional IT requirements, and design compliant solutions in collaboration with IT architects and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the introduction of Siemens Teamcenter to digitize PLM processes

• Provide PLM system consulting for business teams across the full lifecycle

• Manage technical operations including change and incident management; act as central IT interface to the software vendor

• Analyze business requirements and core PLM processes with stakeholders

• Derive functional IT requirements and design technical solutions meeting regulatory and business goals

• Create strategic IT concepts for digitization and software-based automation with IT architects and business teams

• Support planning of an integrated system landscape around PLM and adjacent systems (LIMS, MES, ERP, CRM, DMS)

• Monitor and assess relevant technologies, processes, and market developments in PLM and related IT systems

• Configure, implement, and test new PLM processes and functions

• Support PLM cost and investment planning

• Take responsibility for IT tasks in internal projects for implementation or scaling of Siemens Teamcenter

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or comparable studies

• Professional experience with a PLM system, ideally Siemens Teamcenter

• Knowledge of processes and systems for product and process development (preferably pharmaceutical)

• Strong analytical skills to capture dependencies and interconnections

• High initiative and confident, reliable consulting presence

• Strong communication and teamwork, customer and partner orientation, and social competence

• German and English skills at B2 level or higher (written and spoken)
