Description

You will provide end-to-end consulting to customers on digitalization, ECM solutions (ELO), and AI. Through structured analyses, workshops, and documentation, you will translate complex customer needs into implementation-ready concepts and practical requirements. You will also run customer workshops and support sales in presales with initial solution ideas.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and customer requirements via structured discussions and workshops

• Identify optimization opportunities and define targeted digitalization concepts

• Create tailored solution concepts and solution descriptions, and document them as binding implementation foundations

• Convert complex business requirements into structured concepts and concrete, project-ready requirements

• Structure project phases and act as the central link between customers, sales, and internal specialists during delivery

• Independently design, moderate, and lead customer workshops, subject meetings, and end-user trainings

• Support sales during presales by analyzing preliminary needs and developing first solution approaches

Requirements

• Completed degree in a relevant IT field (e.g., Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration) or equivalent IT-focused qualification

• Strong process-oriented, analytical, solution-oriented way of thinking

• Good technical knowledge of software solutions, modern IT systems, and interfaces

• Experience in conceiving IT solutions (ECM experience in an ELO environment preferred)

• Experience with digitalization projects is a plus

• Confidence presenting and ability to communicate complex matters clearly and appropriately

• Teamwork skills, independent work style, self-managed scheduling, and enjoyment of direct customer contact

• Fluent German and good English skills (written and spoken)
