Description

Support and improve product lifecycle management (PLM) and CAx processes by analyzing, advising, optimizing, and digitizing workflows.

Design and implement new processes, functionalities, and extensions in the PLM and CAx system landscape. Administer, operate, and support the PLM/CAx solutions, collaborate with business departments on PLM projects, and deliver training while keeping technical documentation up to date.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, consult, optimize, and digitize product lifecycle processes
• Concept and implement new processes, functionalities, and extensions for PLM and CAx systems
• Administer, run, and provide support for PLM/CAx solutions
• Contribute to and lead PLM projects in close collaboration with stakeholders
• Coordinate and collaborate with departments such as development, engineering, quality management, and regulatory affairs
• Deliver trainings and workshops; create and maintain technical documentation

Requirements

• Degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in PLM and CAx
• Very good knowledge of PTC Windchill
• SolidWorks CAD knowledge is desirable
• Project management experience is an advantage
• Confident use of MS Office
• Analytical mindset, structured working style, and strong communication skills
• Good English skills in speech and writing
