Description

You’ll join a small team as a junior to mid-level IT technician preparing autodiagnostics products for customers. The role focuses on preparing Android-based diagnostic devices from registration through software installation, verification, and shipment packing—without testing or programming. Depending on your strengths, you may also help with e-shop content, customer support, and learn TPMS sensor coding.

Responsibilities

• Prepare diagnostic devices: set up Android devices so customers can start using them immediately
• Verify devices are complete, functional, and ready before shipping
• Perform simple service tasks: cleaning, assembly, and minor fixes
• Support e-shop content creation
• Assist with customer service and answering customer questions
• Learn to code TPMS sensors
• Help with daily e-shop operations as needed

Requirements

• Technical mindset with experience/knowledge of computers and IT
• Careful, precise work; reliable task completion

• Interest in auto-moto diagnostics is an advantage
