Description

Lead and grow a seven-person software development team. You will plan, steer, and introduce software projects while owning technical concepts and software architectures. You’ll also provide hands-on technical support through code reviews and guidance on complex programming issues, and evaluate new technologies for practical adoption.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and disciplinary leadership and develop the current software development team
• Plan, manage, and roll out software projects
• Develop and take responsibility for technical concepts and software architectures
• Actively support the team with development tasks, code reviews, and complex programming problem-solving
• Ensure consistent development standards and continuously optimize development processes
• Assess new technologies and evaluate meaningful use cases
• Work closely with business departments, IT, and other stakeholders

Requirements

• Multi-year software development experience, ideally in Microsoft ecosystems (.NET Core, C#, Microservices, REST APIs)
• Experience creating technical concepts and software architectures
• Disciplinary and technical leadership experience
• Ability to support developers technically, evaluate solution approaches, and provide guidance on complex topics
• Structured, solution-oriented, and communicative work style
• German proficiency at C1 level
