You expand internal IT services with a strong service orientation and drive digitization opportunities across business processes. You serve as a strategic sparring partner for executive management on the IT strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT team both professionally and disciplinarily, including development
• Ensure a high-performing, efficient, and secure IT landscape in daily operations (IT infrastructure, data protection, IT security)
• Further develop internal IT services with a strong focus on service orientation
• Identify and implement digitization potential across all business processes
• Act as a sparring partner and source of ideas for executive management regarding IT strategy development and implementation

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration with an IT focus, or comparable qualification
• Experience as an IT leader within a manufacturing company
• Deep understanding of business processes and solid knowledge in IT operations
• Affinity for innovation in the context of digital transformation, with strong project experience
• Strategic mindset combined with strong operational implementation and communication skills
