Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development of CRM, ERP, BI, and other enterprise systems

• Improve the quality and usability of corporate data

• Support sales and marketing activities using digital tools

• Manage digitalization projects and collaborate with external vendors

• Propose measures to increase productivity

• Train employees and support adoption of new technologies

• Regularly evaluate the economic benefits of completed projects

Requirements

• Experience with digitizing business processes

• Orientation in AI, automation, data analytics, and enterprise systems

• Ability to independently run projects and drive change

• Analytical and economic mindset

• Ability to find practical solutions with measurable benefits

• Active, initiative-taking, results-focused approach

• Driver’s license category B
