Description

Own and evolve BI and analytical capabilities for Corporate Accounts, translating business priorities into trusted, actionable reporting and analytical products. You will build and maintain executive scorecards, dashboards, KPIs, and Azure analytical experiences, ensuring consistent definitions across executive, field, and operational views. You will also design and optimize semantic models and AI-ready analytics foundations for self-service and Copilot-enabled scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary analytics partner for Corporate Accounts CAIP, understanding priorities, performance drivers, segments, and execution model

• Own and improve BI experiences for CAIP and Azure analytics, representing Azure performance, trends, pipeline/execution signals, and outcomes through a consistent framework

• Develop and maintain executive scorecards, dashboards, KPIs, business review views, and analytical products

• Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions (not one-off analyses)

• Ensure consistent metric definitions and reconcile appropriately across reporting views

• Continuously improve usability, performance, and relevance of Corporate Accounts BI

• Design, develop, and maintain semantic models and analytical data products; build Power BI and Microsoft Fabric semantic models

• Establish metric definitions and implement business logic consistently across reporting

• Partner with data engineering on source data quality, refresh reliability, governance, and platform performance

• Consolidate overlapping semantic models, reduce fragmented reporting, and simplify architecture

• Support AI readiness by enabling natural-language querying and Copilot/agentic analytics scenarios

• Monitor and improve model performance, scalability, usability, and reliability

• Analyze performance across multiple data sources to identify trends and underlying drivers

• Convert analysis into actionable recommendations and connect insights to business outcomes

• Communicate findings clearly to both business and technical audiences; influence decisions with fact-based recommendations

• Promote analytics excellence: metric governance, documentation, testing, and quality assurance; automate recurring work

Requirements

• Power BI experience: dashboards, scorecards, executive reporting, interactive analytics

• Strong analytics/problem-solving skills to convert complex business questions into solutions

• Experience with sales/commercial/finance/operations/customer performance data

• Ability to explain performance change (drivers) and recommend actions

• Experience translating requirements into scalable analytical products

• End-to-end ownership of BI solutions (requirements → development → validation → deployment → improvement)

• Hands-on semantic model and enterprise analytics experience in Power BI

• Dimensional modeling and semantic layer design knowledge (star schemas, relationships, measures, hierarchies)

• DAX and SQL experience for data investigation and validation

• Power BI and Microsoft Fabric experience for building/optimizing solutions

• Ability to work with large/complex datasets and optimize for performance, usability, and scalability

• Understanding of pipelines, transformation, data quality, lineage, governance, and certification

• Understanding of how semantic models/metadata/business definitions enable Copilot and AI-agent scenarios

• Strong communication skills for executive-ready narratives and for both technical and business stakeholders

• Collaboration across business, analytics, engineering, and operations; ability to manage analytics workstreams

• Degree requirement: Master’s (or related field) + 3+ years experience OR Bachelor’s (or related field) + 4+ years experience (or equivalent)
