• Work model: Hybrid B2B (1 day per week in Warsaw office, remaining days remote)

Description

You will build, expand, and maintain executive reporting solutions in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.

The role includes creating semantic models and data transformations with DAX and Power Query, designing Fabric data layers (OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Factory, Pipelines), and automating reporting via ETL and API integrations.

You will also collaborate on reporting standards, business metric definitions, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Build, extend, and continuously maintain dashboards in Power BI and MS Fabric

• Create semantic models and perform data modeling with DAX and Power Query

• Design data layers in Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Factory, Pipelines)

• Automate reporting processes and data integrations (ETL, API)

• Analyze data and business processes to ensure solutions meet end-user needs

• Co-create reporting standards, business KPI/metric definitions, and data governance rules

• Contribute to the architecture of Power BI / MS Fabric reporting solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of practical experience in Business Intelligence, data analytics, or executive reporting

• Advanced knowledge of Power BI (semantic models, DAX, Power Query, RLS, Power BI Service)

• Good knowledge of MS Fabric (ETL, Data Factory, OneLake, Lakehouse, Pipelines, semantic models)

• Fluent SQL

• Knowledge of Git and basic DevOps practices for Power BI/Fabric development and deployment

• Very good communication skills and experience working with business stakeholders and management
