Join as a Senior Business Analyst to shape and deliver high-quality IT solutions by bridging business needs and technical teams. You’ll manage agile project work, write detailed user stories, coordinate daily activities, remove blockers, and track progress using MS Azure DevOps and dashboards. The role emphasizes clear communication, SDLC process understanding, and delivering product completeness against requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution in an agile environment and ensure successful completion

• Distribute team workload and manage compliance with team and project goals

• Create dashboards to track project activities and reporting for managers

• Assist developers and testers by removing obstacles

• Plan and lead daily and other work meetings

• Participate in solving technical tasks and problems

• Maintain up-to-date project progress and record phases in MS Azure DevOps

• Communicate with internal customers to align direction for development, testing, and product completeness

• Oversee compliance with plans, processes, and deadlines

Requirements

• English: Upper intermediate (B2)

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an international IT development environment

• Proven experience leading team activities as a Business Analyst

• Experience writing detailed User Stories and strong technical overviews

• Strong knowledge of Agile methods and procedures

• Knowledge of SDLC processes (design, development, control) to ensure product delivery

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Clear communication of goals, proposals, changes, and effective issue resolution

• Experience with MS Azure DevOps and Power BI

• Excellent English communication and collaboration with developers and leadership teams
