Description

You will help harmonize country-level reporting by aligning local business needs with standardized, approved global BI dashboards. The role includes reviewing country reporting assets, analyzing the global analytics catalogue and dashboards for coverage, identifying and classifying functional gaps, and defining actions to close them. You will coordinate workshops, define KPI/business-rule specifications and acceptance criteria, plan implementations and legacy report retirement, and support UAT, onboarding, training, and adoption monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Review and document country-specific reporting assets (business purpose, users, KPIs, data sources, frequency, criticality)

• Analyze the Global Analytics Catalogue and global dashboards to identify replacements for local reports

• Map local needs to standardized solutions and classify coverage (complete, partial, missing, not applicable)

• Investigate discrepancies (process coverage, KPI definitions, granularity, filters, historical data, refresh frequency, access)

• Separate essential business requirements from legacy preferences and identify common cross-country gaps

• Facilitate workshops with country teams, process owners, Data Offices, and global stakeholders

• Define business requirements, KPI specifications, business rules, data-quality expectations, and acceptance criteria

• Develop and maintain implementation plans (gap remediation, dependencies, rollout, retirement of legacy reports)

• Coordinate with global BI and technical teams for backlog refinement and implementation progress tracking

• Prepare UAT scenarios, coordinate business validation, and support defect resolution, onboarding, training, and adoption monitoring

• Maintain governance artifacts (inventories, mapping matrices, gap registers, decision logs)

• Document reusable assessment methods and transfer knowledge to internal business partners and analytics teams

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in senior business analysis, enterprise BI, analytics transformation, or implementation consulting

• Demonstrated experience in reporting standardization and cross-country analytics initiatives, including gap analysis and dashboard consolidation/migration

• Strong requirements analysis capability, including KPI definition, acceptance criteria, and UAT coordination

• Solid understanding of ERP-enabled reporting and enterprise BI concepts (semantic layers, data quality, security, access)

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SAP S/4HANA Analytics, or similar platforms

• Advanced Excel skills; SQL knowledge is preferred

• Proven ability to work with country/regional/global stakeholders across business, data governance, and IT

• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Excellent attention to detail and strong traceability between business needs, decisions, and implementation

• English proficiency at C1 level

• University degree in Business, IT, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field
