Description

You will design, develop, and maintain reporting and analytical solutions that help users understand data and make better decisions. The role combines analytics engineering and data platform work in Microsoft Fabric with AI initiatives, including Microsoft Copilot and natural-language querying. You’ll collaborate with international stakeholders to turn business needs into working analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage reports, dashboards, and semantic models in Power BI

• Analyze complex datasets and convert them into actionable insights

• Support internal and client reporting and provide ad hoc analytics recommendations

• Design and manage data pipelines and analytics solutions in Microsoft Fabric

• Develop and optimize data and semantic models in Power BI

• Create dimensional models and analytical data structures

• Apply best practices for versioning and deployment

• Implement data quality checks and monitor analytics solution operations

• Identify and implement new AI opportunities for analytics and support Copilot-driven analytics

• Prepare datasets and semantic models for natural-language and AI querying

• Evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs and recommendations

• Translate business requirements into understandable analytics solutions

• Partner with Data Engineering, Product, and Commercial teams; train users and drive adoption

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or similar

• Advanced Power BI skills, including DAX and Power Query

• Very good SQL skills

• Experience with dimensional modeling and semantic model design

• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Platform, or modern cloud analytics solutions

• Familiarity with APIs, automation, and data integration principles

• Experience using AI in BI or analytics processes

• Fluent English
