Description

You will support EDA (Electronic Design Automation) users with troubleshooting and specialized applications, train users in new working methods and additional software, and act as the interface between IT and engineering.

You will also define, manage, and configure interfaces between CAD, PLM, and CAE systems, maintain documentation for standards and procedures, and implement IT security requirements within your scope.

Responsibilities

• Provide EDA application support for problem-solving and special applications
• Train users in new work techniques and supplementary software
• Serve as the interface between IT and development
• Create and maintain documentation for standards and procedures
• Define, operate, and configure interfaces to CAD, PLM, and CAE systems
• Apply IT security requirements in the responsible environment

Requirements

• Completed degree (as referenced in the original posting)
• Experience supporting application software and defining software requirements
• Ideally Key-User experience in PCB (Leiterkarten) development
• Cross-IT process understanding and the ability to capture interfaces between development, IT, and deployed systems
