Description

You will support Engineering Base (EB) users with first- and second-level IT support. You will derive, implement, and further develop EB adjustments and enhancements, while also training users. You will create and update standards and procedure documentation for EB.

Responsibilities

• Provide and support EB users in first- and second-level support
• Derive and implement adjustments and further developments in Engineering Base (EB)
• Conduct instructions and trainings for EB users
• Develop and update documentation (standards and procedures)

Requirements

• Completed degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Sc.)
• Solid knowledge of common MS Office applications
