Description

You will coordinate releases for a digital solution in agile delivery models and take full responsibility for the quality of the release test cycle. You will lead both the technical and functional execution of testing and release activities, and you will continuously optimize build, test, and deployment processes. You will also enable agile teams on release management tools, methods, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate releases for a digital solution in agile delivery approaches
• Provide functional and technical leadership of the end-to-end release test cycle
• Optimize build, test, and deployment processes and drive continuous modernization
• Collaborate with program/solution team members and stakeholders across different areas
• Actively contribute to the release management community of practice and enable agile teams in release management tools, methods, and processes

Requirements

• Completed degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; alternatively, completed vocational training with practical experience
• Ideally ~3 years of experience as a Release Manager or Project Manager, preferably in agile development
• Good knowledge of IT and deployment, plus a basic functional understanding of digital products and strong analytical/conceptual thinking
• Willingness to continuously develop expertise and monitor the market for improvements in test methods, tools, and trends
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, critical thinking, ability to adapt to change, act proactively, and take initiative
• Reliability, independence, integrity, and collaboration skills
• Business-fluent German and very good English (at least B2)
