Description

Lead change and release management activities within a financial cloud transformation program moving to Google Cloud. You will coordinate business and technical change efforts, manage information sharing and upskilling, and act as the single point of contact for stakeholders. Work closely with program managers and application development teams to ensure changes follow internal bank processes and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage business process and technical changes within the program
• Coordinate and facilitate changes required from application development teams
• Run change and release management processes in line with internal bank processes and guidelines
• Serve as the single point of contact for business and technical change-related activities
• Coordinate information sharing and upskilling activities for relevant users
• Engage technical and non-technical stakeholders and drive follow-up actions

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in change and release management
• Hands-on experience in change and release management within cloud migration projects (clearly described in the application)
• Strong communication skills with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to turn complex information into clear, actionable insights
• Experience facilitating information sharing and related requirements/activities
• Excellent English (spoken and written)
• Ownership, proactivity, and a can-do attitude
