Description

You will take end-to-end ownership of managing releases, hotfixes, and production changes across the IT environment. The goal is to ensure safe, predictable, and high-quality deployments to production while continuously evolving Release Management processes. You will also coordinate crisis hotfix deployments and drive release retrospectives and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage releases, hotfixes, and production deployments from planning through evaluation
• Maintain the release calendar and coordinate activities across Development, QA, DevOps, and business teams
• Organize Release Readiness and Go/No-Go decision-making
• Manage risks, dependencies, and readiness of changes for deployment
• Coordinate crisis deployments and hotfixes
• Lead release retrospectives and implement actions to increase delivery quality
• Develop automation and Release Management processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Release Manager, Delivery Manager, Change Manager, or similar position
• Experience with production releases, hotfixes, and risk management
• Understanding of DevOps principles and testing processes
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams without direct line authority
• Systematic and decisive working style and strong communication in challenging situations
