Description

In this role, you ensure the quality of a digital product within an Agile Release Train. You lead the functional and technical testing efforts for the full release test cycle for a solution and collaborate with program/solution teams, departments, and stakeholders. Testing activities leverage technologies such as Azure and SAP Cloud, along with data lake and AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Quality assurance in agile processes, including test processes for releases and Continuous Delivery.
• Lead the complete release test cycle (functional and technical) for a solution.
• Work closely with team members across the program/solution, departments, and stakeholder groups.
• Contribute to the Quality guild and enable agile teams on testing tools and methods (test design, test data, test environment, and test automation).

Requirements

• Completed degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; alternatively, completed vocational training with practical experience.
• Ideally around three years of experience as an IT Test Manager or Scrum Master, preferably in agile development.
• Good IT test management knowledge; ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level is preferred.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to track market developments and evolve test methods, tools, and trends.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
• Reliability, independence, integrity, and a cooperative working style.
• Fluent German and very good English (at least B2), and experience working with international teams.
