Description

You will be responsible for the quality of a digital product within an Agile Release Train. You lead the functional and technical testing across the full release test cycle and contribute to continuous delivery quality processes. The work involves modern cloud and data/AI technologies including Azure and SAP Cloud, plus Data Lake and AI.

Responsibilities

• Quality assurance in agile delivery approaches, including release test processes and continuous delivery testing.
• Functional and technical leadership of the end-to-end release test cycle for a solution.
• Close collaboration with program/solution team members, departments, representatives, and stakeholders.
• Active contribution to the Quality guild/community and enablement of agile teams on testing tools and methods (test design, test data, test environments, and test automation).

Requirements

• Completed degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline; or completed vocational training with relevant practical experience.
• Ideally 3 years of experience as an IT Test Manager or Scrum Master, preferably in agile development.
• Strong IT test management knowledge; ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level is a plus.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with critical thinking.
• Ability to adapt to change, be proactive, and take initiative.
• Reliable, independent, integrity-focused, and cooperative working style.
• German at negotiation level and English at least B2; comfortable working with international teams.
• Track market developments for relevant test methods, tools, and trends.
