Description

You will be the central point of contact for IT topics and provide on-site IT support while ensuring compliance with existing IT guidelines and processes. You will support and advise employees on IT-related tasks, act as a link between the site and corporate IT, and help ensure smooth local IT operations. You will also coordinate on-site telecommunications solutions, manage hardware/software, and support digitization and development of IT-relevant customer interfaces (EDI, API, eLogistics) with the business teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the on-site IT contact and ensure execution according to IT guidelines and processes
• Provide user-focused support, advice, and on-the-job knowledge sharing
• Serve as the liaison between the branch and corporate IT to keep local IT operations running smoothly
• Support and coordinate telecommunications solutions on site
• Procure, configure, and administer hardware and software
• Digitize and optimize processes in collaboration with other departments
• Support the care and further development of customer interfaces (EDI, API, eLogistics) with specialist teams

Requirements

• Completed IT-related training or comparable qualification; alternatively several years of IT support experience
• Multi-year experience supporting end users (preferred)
• Good knowledge of IT support/helpdesk, ticketing systems, Windows environments, and networking technologies
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Very good German (at least C1) and good English (at least B2), spoken and written
• Strong service orientation, communication skills, and patience with users
• Enjoy working in a team
