Description

You will shape the organization’s digital future by ensuring the operational reliability of the cloud infrastructure. In this role, you manage and automate end-user devices, implement Always-On VPNs and Azure Firewall, and support the rollout of new software solutions. You will train and support users while maintaining regular, structured documentation and collaborating with various departments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational operation of the cloud infrastructure

• Train and support users in using IT tools
• Maintain regular documentation of processes and projects
• Coordinate with multiple departments to implement requirements

Requirements

• Solid experience with Azure (and ideally other hyperscalers)
• Knowledge of VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory
• Familiarity with Microsoft SaaS (M365)
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
• Experience with seamless on-premises and cloud networks
• Knowledge of client certificates for WiFi and point-to-site VPNs via Intune
• Experience provisioning new Windows PCs via Autopilot
• Structured project tracking/execution in Jira
• Strong communication and creativity with a focus on documentation
• Independent, goal-oriented, structured approach
