Description

You will support employees with IT services and administer the company’s IT infrastructure across several sites. The role includes Microsoft environment administration (Windows/Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure, Intune) and monitoring of network security such as firewalls and VPN connections.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for employees and manage IT infrastructure (servers, clients, network) across multiple locations

• Administer Microsoft systems (Windows, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure, Intune) and relevant industry software

• Monitor and maintain firewalls, VPN, and site-to-site networking

• Coordinate with external service providers, software vendors, and telecom providers

• Handle administrative tasks including documentation, monitoring, and activities such as invoice checks

Requirements

• Completed technical or commercial training or equivalent qualification

• Knowledge of Windows domain environments, Windows servers, Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Active Directory (advantageous)

• Enjoy planning and implementing IT projects
