Description

You will provide IT support for employees and maintain the IT infrastructure (servers, clients, and network) at multiple locations. The role includes administering a Microsoft environment including Windows, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure, and Intune, plus overseeing firewall and VPN connectivity between sites. You will also plan and implement IT projects and handle documentation and monitoring tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for employees and manage IT infrastructure (servers, clients, network) across multiple locations

• Administer Microsoft environment (Windows, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure, Intune) and industry software

• Manage and monitor firewalls, VPN, and site-to-site network connectivity

• Coordinate with external service providers, software vendors, and telecom providers

• Document, monitor, and perform administrative tasks (e.g., invoice verification)

Requirements

• Completed technical or business training or equivalent qualification

• Knowledge of Windows domain and Windows Server environments

• Preferred: experience with Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Active Directory

• Enjoy planning and implementing IT projects

• Structured, independent, and responsible working style

• Willingness to continuously develop skills

• Ability to travel on assignment and reliability
