• Role: AI Project Manager (main client contact)

Description

You will be the key point of contact for clients on AI projects—ensuring what clients want, what has been promised, and what has been delivered stay aligned. After meetings, you will review notes, break work into tasks, drive follow-ups until completion, and capture client feedback and issues into an Intake system with AI triage. You will manage deadlines, scope, and priorities, and prepare materials for offers/contracts and weekly client status updates while using AI tools daily.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients as the primary contact and ensure alignment of expectations

• Review meeting notes, assign tasks, and drive them to completion

• Remind and question clients, developers, and internal stakeholders so nothing is missed

• Log client comments and errors in an Intake system with AI triage; ensure issues get resolved

• Track timelines, scope, and project priorities; escalate early when something starts slipping

• Prepare materials for proposals, orders/contracts, and weekly status reports

Requirements

• High attention to detail and ownership of tasks to the end

• Fast learner and motivated to work

• Practical project management experience is a plus

• Professional, timely communication with clients even in difficult situations

• Openness to AI and new tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Notion, Slack)

• Ability to work with technology and understand it even without being a developer

• Czech/Slovak language skills and English communication ability
