Description

You will manage a dedicated group of investors who already invest or are registered—no cold calling. You will contact investors when relevant projects matching their criteria become available, monitor investment lifecycles using CRM and data, and coordinate how to respond when projects run into issues.

Responsibilities

• Make phone calls and send emails to investors throughout the day

• Use CRM and data to track who invests, investment end dates, and who should be contacted

• Collaborate closely with retention, sales, and risk teams

• Explain what is happening and how issues are being handled when a project stalls

Requirements

• Comfortable handling investor phone calls and emails

• Ability to work with numbers and quickly learn key investment terms such as interest and returns

• Reliable follow-through: keep track of tasks and do not leave clients waiting

• Sales/call center/banking/insurance experience is preferred (not required)

• Motivated by performance-based results
