• Role: IT Service Owner

• Focus: Service delivery and end-to-end ownership of client IT services

Description

You will own and ensure assigned IT services are always up and running.

• Diagnose and resolve service issues, and escalate/hand them over to specialized internal/external teams

• Take responsibility for testing of deployments and release quality

• Drive automation of tests and releases

• Act as an E2E guarantor for IT services across the client segment

• Support administration and management of applications

• Collaborate with internal and external colleagues on application development, including vendor management

• Approve invoices and support contract management

• Participate in regular on-call to ensure availability and handle incidents

Requirements

• Ownership mindset and ability to take responsibility and complete tasks

• Ability to focus on root cause of problems, not only symptoms

• Analytical thinking

• Knowledge of databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL

• Experience with ticketing tools such as JIRA

• Fluent English communication
