Description

Own and evolve the organization’s Microsoft-based infrastructure and workspace services across on-premises and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Administration, support, and further development of the Microsoft system landscape in on-premises and cloud environments
• Manage Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, user accounts, permissions, and Microsoft 365 services
• Operate and support server, virtualization, storage, and backup systems
• Monitor availability, performance, and security of IT systems
• Analyze and resolve complex technical incidents in 2nd- and 3rd-level support
• Plan and implement system migrations, infrastructure projects, and technical rollouts
• Contribute to digitalization, infrastructure, and IT security projects
• Create and maintain technical documentation; help develop IT standards and processes
• Steer and coordinate external IT service providers
• Identify and implement optimization potential within the IT landscape

Requirements

• Completed training as Fachinformatik for Systemintegration, IT-Systemadministration, or comparable qualification
• Multi-year experience operating and further developing modern IT infrastructures
• Good knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID
• Experience with virtualization, backup, and storage solutions
• Understanding of IT security, network structures, and modern system architectures
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• High service orientation and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Interest in new technologies and continuous improvement of IT processes
• Very good German and good English skills
