Description

You will administer, operate, and continuously improve the Windows Server and central IT infrastructure on-site, ensuring stable and secure operations. Your work focuses on Active Directory, Microsoft 365, IAM-related user and access management, and troubleshooting complex server/Microsoft incidents. You will also evaluate and introduce new Microsoft 365 features/services and maintain technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administration, operation, and further development of the Windows Server landscape across the company group and for customers

• Ensure stable and secure operation of the central IT infrastructure

• Administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and related Microsoft services

• Analyze, diagnose errors, and sustainably resolve complex incidents in the server/Microsoft environment

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and identities

• Further develop the Microsoft 365 platform and evaluate and introduce new features and services

• Create and maintain technical documentation

• Support IT support with complex technical questions

Requirements

• Several years of experience in administering Windows Server environments

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies, especially Active Directory and Microsoft 365

• Experience operating and further developing server and infrastructure environments

• Experience with user, role, and permission management

• Knowledge in Identity & Access Management (IAM)

• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style

• Strong service orientation and enjoyment of collaborating with users and colleagues
