Description

You will support and administer the company’s IT infrastructure across several locations, including servers, clients, and networking. The role focuses on Microsoft environments and related services such as Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, and Intune. You will also manage firewall/VPN and site connectivity, coordinate with external providers, and maintain documentation and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for employees and manage the IT infrastructure (servers, clients, networking) at multiple locations

• Administer the Microsoft environment (Windows, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure, Intune) and industry-specific software

• Monitor and support firewall, VPN, and site networking

• Coordinate and collaborate with external service providers, software vendors, and telecom providers

• Document, monitor, and take over administrative tasks (e.g., invoice verification)

Requirements

• Completed technical or business training or equivalent qualification

• Knowledge of Windows domains and Windows Server administration

• Knowledge of Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Active Directory (advantage)

• Enjoy planning and implementing IT projects
