Description

You will provide IT support to employees and manage IT infrastructure including servers, clients, and networking across several sites. The role centers on administration of a Microsoft environment (Windows, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure, Intune) plus related line-of-business software. You will also maintain and monitor firewall, VPN, and site connectivity, coordinating with external IT and telecom providers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for employees and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, clients, network) at multiple locations

• Administer the Microsoft environment: Windows, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure, and Intune

• Support branch-specific software

• Monitor and manage firewall, VPN, and inter-site connectivity

• Coordinate with external service providers, software vendors, and telecommunications providers

• Handle documentation, monitoring, and administrative tasks (e.g., invoice checks)

Requirements

• Completed technical or business training or comparable qualification

• Knowledge of Windows domain, Windows servers, Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Active Directory (advantage)

• Enjoyment of planning and implementing IT projects

• Structured and independent working style

• Willingness to continuously develop skills

• Willingness to travel and be on duty; reliability
