Description

You will be responsible for the IT/OT security strategy of products across the entire product lifecycle and ensure adherence to relevant standards. You will coordinate cross-functional IT/OT security projects, turning market requirements and new developments into impulses for secure, future-ready product development. You will also support sales with product presentations and help key accounts evolve their system landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Own the IT/OT security strategy for products over the full lifecycle; ensure compliance with relevant standards; work closely with development, testing, and pilot teams

• Steer cross-departmental IT/OT security projects; coordinate stakeholders; ensure transparency on goals, progress, and risks

• Analyze market needs, evaluate new developments, and derive inputs for secure, future-ready product development

• Support sales with product presentations and accompany key accounts in further developing their system landscapes

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, IT/OT Security, Engineering, or comparable qualification

• Several years of experience in IT/OT Security and product or project management

• Enthusiasm for modern hardware/software systems and digital, sustainable mobility

• Strategic mindset, innovation drive, and strong awareness of future-proof solutions

• Excellent German and English skills (verbal and written)

• Valid EU work permit

• Team-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
