• Role: Senior Solutions Architect (AWS)

Description

You will partner with Telecommunications and Unified Communications customers to design highly scalable, flexible, and resilient AWS cloud architectures. You will work with sales to drive revenue growth by guiding organizations on best practices, helping them migrate workloads to AWS, and building AWS adoption. You will also lead deep architectural discussions, educate customers, and act as a technical liaison between customers, engineering, and support.

Responsibilities

• Build and migrate applications, software, and services on the AWS platform
• Formulate and execute a sales strategy to exceed revenue objectives through AWS adoption
• Recommend solutions across security, cost, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency
• Conduct deep architectural discussions and help ensure successful cloud deployment
• Deliver one-to-few and one-to-many training sessions and knowledge transfer
• Capture and share best-practice knowledge within the solutions architect community
• Author or contribute to customer-facing publications (e.g., blogs, whitepapers)
• Build relationships with senior technical stakeholders to drive cloud advocacy
• Serve as a technical liaison between customers, service engineering teams, and support

Requirements

• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures
• 4+ years of technology domain experience (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
• 4+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in software development or Internet-related industries
• Experience migrating or transforming legacy solutions to the cloud
• Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective
