Description

You will partner with telecommunications and unified communications customers and AWS teams to design scalable, flexible, and resilient AWS architectures that solve business problems and accelerate AWS adoption. You will help customers understand AWS best practices and migrate existing workloads, while driving revenue growth through a focused sales strategy. The role also includes owning the technical customer relationship and delivering technical enablement through deep architecture discussions and training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure success in building and migrating applications, software, and services on AWS
• Formulate and execute a sales strategy to exceed revenue objectives via AWS adoption
• Recommend solutions across security, cost, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency
• Educate customers on AWS value and participate in deep architectural discussions
• Conduct one-to-few and one-to-many training sessions
• Capture and share best-practice knowledge within the Solutions Architect community
• Author or contribute to customer-facing publications (e.g., blogs, whitepapers)
• Build relationships with senior technical leaders to enable customers to become cloud advocates
• Serve as a technical liaison between customers, service engineering teams, and support
