Description

You will provide daily helpdesk support—resolving issues with computers, accounts, access, and tools—and help colleagues work without technical roadblocks. You’ll also manage and secure internal systems (Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, Miro), handle onboarding/offboarding, maintain hardware inventory, and support basic cyber-safety activities including access management, MFA, basic audits, and responding to phishing. You’ll keep IT documentation up to date and ensure devices are maintained and updated through the organization’s antivirus management console.

Responsibilities

• Daily helpdesk support for computer, account, access, and tool issues

• Prepare equipment and accounts for new team members

• Manage internal systems: accounts, access, and organization

• Support onboarding during the first weeks with systems

• Handle offboarding by removing access when employees leave

• Maintain IT hardware inventory

• Contribute to cybersecurity: access management, MFA, basic audits, phishing response

• Maintain IT documentation

• Maintain devices and apply updates via the antivirus solution console

Requirements

• Basic understanding of IT: hardware, Windows/macOS, networks

• Willingness to learn and grow (e.g., admin and security)

• Ability to find solutions independently first, then ask for help

• Patience and ability to explain issues multiple times calmly
